A monthly invitation to step away from the noise and return to yourself through energy, sound, Contrast therapy, and deep restoration. Let’s reset our nervous systems as we move into the month ahead.

THE EXPERIENCE

5:00–6:00 PM — First Rotation

Group A — Reiki + Sound Bowl Bath
Five guests settle into a deeply restorative hour of collective Reiki and sound bowls, creating space to soften, receive, release, and reconnect.

Group B — Hygge + Contrast Therapy
Five guests move through the sauna + cold plunge experience, using heat and cold to awaken the body and create a grounding, invigorating contrast.

6:00–7:00 PM — Switch

The groups swap.

Group A → Sauna + Cold Plunge
Group B → Reiki + Sound Bowl Bath

Everyone receives the complete Sacred Hour experience.
